Usually this sort of problem is not a port issue, but a browser issue. It does help to make sure your DRAC firmware is up to date, but get the browser's security to relax usually fixes it. Try to use IE or Firefox, make the DRAC a trusted site, and then drop the security for that zone and allow all ActiveX and Java to proceed without prompting. Then either Native or Java mode should work. Also, if that browser has been used to access a DRAC before, check the plug-ins, and remove everything remote access related. When you try to connect the next time, it will re-download the plug-in.

Hi,
I am using IE9, neither Native or JAVA not working, just drops as page can not be displayed.
I see Remote Presence Port 5900, does that mean I need to open this port across my network?
thanks

Hi,
No, you do not need to open any ports.
Was this working before? Is it for one particular iDRAC? Which version of iDRAC do you currently have installed?
Can you retry after clearing all browsing history

Hi,
Can you provide some more information -
1. Which browser and version are you using and on which OS?
2. Which plugin have you selected in Virtual Console page?
3. What error do you get?
Regards,
Mondeep
