What is CIM?
Can someone please explain CIM? I seem to remember metion of CIM on the DRAC install properties,

Sorry, not sure what happened there. Anyway, on the DRAC properties, and I also see CIM here on the IT Assistant setup.

CIM is client information model
Here is a link to a very good article telling you everything you every wanted to know about CIM and then some.

Cim is used to do discovery of system that have cim support. This is usually desktops, that have the OMCI installed on them.
