iDRAC console does not work on CMC
Browser: Firefox 3.6.13
Java Version: 1.6.0_22
Problem: When I use the iDRAC Launch viewer Console to function or let me remotely controle the server. I click Launch Viewer and then the jviewer.jnlp needs to be opened by FireFox. Then when I got to Keyboard -> Macros ->Ctrl+Alt+Del and the console does not work at all.
What version of Java is this supposed to be using?
Can it be opened by something other than Java?

I know sometimes this works on the iDRACs for the non-blade servers, so give it a shot. On the screen where you launch the console window, look up near the top for a "Configuration" link. Click there, and there will be a pull-down menu to switch between Java and Native (ActiveX) mode. Try Native mode, and if that gives you problems try an IE7 or IE8 browser that has not been used to access a DRAC before.
