iDRAC6 Express Connection Failed when trying Connect to Virtual Console

I am also unable to connect to the Virtual Console on iDRAC6 Express. It is similar issue to the one described here, however I've tried it on both Mac and Windows, in Firefox 3.6, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8.0. So both the Java Web Start and ActiveX versions are failing with the same message "Connection failed.".

As a last resort I also installed the local "Dell OpenManage Web Server" but I have different error "Login failed.... Internal error."

I am able to log into iDRAC6 directly via my web-browser, I just can't connect to the virtual console. Any ideas?
