linux.dell.com repo issue

Hi,

The latest version does not have a version for rhel 5 on the FTP. Try using the previous version. http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/Linux_Repository_14.12.00/platform_independent/rh50/repodata/

Maybe a note on the main repo page below listing supported matrix and what previous version for unsupported on latest release.

pardon me for interjecting as this conversation doesn't appear to be too too old.  I am having what looks to me like the same or very similar issue and updating to the rhel5 url you gave above isn't working.  Could I ask you to give this a glance? 

my system is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.11 (Tikanga)

After updating to the most recent url cited, I ran "yum clean all" and this is what I get when I try to update:

YumRepo Error: All mirror URLs are not using ftp, http or file.
 Eg. /
removing mirrorlist with no valid mirrors: /var/cache/yum/dell-omsa-indep/mirrorlist.txt
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: dell-omsa-indep. Please verify its path and try again

Does anything jump out? Thanks!
