m1000E BLADE network connectivity

Hello,

I have a M1000e chassis with blades.  The first 4 blade are half height and can connect to the network.

I'm now trying to configure slot 7 which is a full height blade.  I have the OS installed but it says "no network connectivity". 

The iDRAC says the NIC is up and the OS sees the NIC but I can't get network access with static IP or DHCP.

The CMC interface shows the blade assigned to fabric A1.

I'm hoping someone could help me figure out why blade 7 can't see the network.
