Cannot Connect Dell Venue 8 7840 to PC over USB

Hi,

Cannot Connect Dell Venue 8 7840 to PC over USB. Is there any update for Windows 8.1 device driver . In the control panel, under portable devices --> Android - the PC is unable to detect the driver  for this device.
