So I just ordered one of these today, and i am wondering if it will come with the Honeycomb 3.2 installed

I believe it should come with Honeycomb 3.2, but if it does not, when you first connect it to the internet you should get an update notice. Download that update package with the stock browser and it should automatically update to Honeycomb 3.2. For any reason after you download the update and it does not run, follow the step by step instruction here to manually update it. streakblog.blogspot.com/.../how-to-update-to-honeycomb-32.html
