Dell Venue 11 Pro (5130) general keyboard issues

Hey everybody,

I am from Austria and I have some big issues with connecting keyboards. I hope my English isn't that bad so you can understand my problems.

When I bought the tablet in 2014 together with the slim-keyboard, I experienced the same issues like everybody with the frequent "undocking" of the tablet. Actually this problem wasn't fixed with bios updates, so I worked all the time with this annoying "additional accessory".

In early march 2015 (one and a half month past the end of my guarantee) the issue got even worse so the tablet don't recognize the keyboard anymore. It's a little bit funny, because Windows is actually recognizing it by turning off the touch-keyboard on the screen, but I still can't use the keyboard.

Now I have both, the slim-keyboard and the "travel-keyboard" (with the additional battery), cause I assumed the slim-keyboard to be damaged.

I tried to figure out my issue posting it to the german dell forum, but the guy there just advised me to send the tablet in to get it fixed (for about 200 €).

Can you give me some help to fix it? Is there a possibility that this would be due to a software bug? Or maybe due to a faulty setting? Or do you have any youtube videos as a manual?
