Dell Venue Pro 8 "Physical" Windows Key Not Working

Not really sure what's going on. Started using my tablet earlier and the Physical Windows key doesn't respond when I tap it.  I got around the  O.S. By using the Windows Key in the Charms menu but when holding the device in landscape mode I had already grown accustomed to hitting the physical key.

Because of a recent medical procedure I'm home bound and I'm just passed. The 14 return policy. Finally mines is a 64GB (which are hard to come by) so I be without one for to long.

The only major changes to the system over the last 24 hours was upgrading the. BIOS to A03 and 2 Windowa updates.

Any advice or technical solutions will greatly be appreciated. I only want to RMA for repair has a LAST resort.
