Display flicker after installing Samsung_LCD_Firmware_Update_1.0.2.1_ZPE.exe on Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130

During the installation the display got covered with vertical line video artifacts and eventually the tablet froze. After restart there is a very noticeable display flicker both in Windows and BIOS/UEFI. Maybe my tablet doesn't have a Samsung LCD (pure speculation)? What can I do to fix it?
