IS THE DELL ORDER SYSTEM BROKEN

I just have a question regarding my dell streak, I was charging it and went to take the charging cable out and all of the pins on the port came out with it. I called dell and they told me they would replace it but their systems were down, that has been the case for the last 5 days, wonder if anyone can buy anything??
