how to unlock pattern lock on Dell xcd 35

Question

i have a dell xcd 35 mobile handset , my 3 yr kid use number of attempt for opening the pattern lock. thats why mobile is lock . i am also enable to open the lock through Google account due no not working data connection (both data & wifi connection is not active) . i am also try hard reset through Vol up+ home+ power key, but not geting reboot screen the option mentioned is FTM (field test mode).

how can i open the pattern lock ?

Pull you're battery out then replace the battery, in emergency dialer dial this number *983*987# after that select erase everything option and wait for the logo to show.
This will full factory reset you're phone and all data will be lost so only use as a last resort

press the vol down and power keys together you should reach to android recovery mode. The touchscreen wont work in this mode so you have to use vol buttons to navigate to restore factory settings and then click power button to select it. this will remove all data on your phone but will remove the lock

I don't have your phone and never have. I did a google search for hard reset and came up with this: Dell XCD35 Hard Reset Remove the battery Put the battery back in Hold Home key and Volume Up button turn the phone on Use Volume Up / Down to move between options Use back key to select an option From the clockwork menu choose: wipe cache partition. From the clockwork menu choose: wipe data/factory reset. Use Back key to go back and reboot If this doesn't work and there are no other answers from the forum I would suggest that your 3 yr old may have done more to the phone than just press buttons or it 'broke' by coincidence. Try calling/emailing Dell support or your cell phone provider for more specific help.

Firstly attach your android device with your desktop or laptop by using USB cord and make sure that USB debugging is enabled on your device and go to ADB command prompt and type following commands:-

Adbshell
cd/data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases
sqlite3 settings.db
update system set value=0 where name=’lock_pattern_autolock’;
update system set value=0 where name=’lockscreen.lockedout permanently’;
.quit

Method 1

To do a hard reset on your Dell Streak Pro GS01, do the following steps: 1. Turn off your device. 2. Hold Volume Up + Home Key + Power Button. 3. When the logo appears, release the Power button 4. Wait until you arrive at the recovery mode screen then release the remaining buttons. 5. To navigate, use the volume keys. To select, use the power button. 6. Select wipe data/factory reset. 7. Wait for the process to complete. 8. Select Reboot Now. 9. Wait for the phone to start up. It might take some time because it is the first boot after a hard reset.
