venue updates

I check for updates with tag #. I click download recommended update. it seems to be going ok then a message that it needs at least vga to complete. If it is a recommended update based on service tag I would think that dell would not recommend an update if it cannot be performed on this machine which I am getting sick and tired of by the way. sorry I bought it and it sits for weeks at a time.
