It is easy for you to raise a support ticket.

Log files are not directly visible by the service account, but Data collect will have the logs captured.

you need to raise an SR

there were some bugs and Workarounds recently for ESRS and Unity

Also a new Unity SP has just been released adressing some ESRS issues
