LDAP user login
Hi,
We have unity 600F. We successfully connected it to our LDAP server. But we are unable to log into it by using our LDAP user credentials.
And also is there any way to add another LDAP server to Unity through unisphere? We would like to have redundant LDAP server.

only one ldap server is configurable here.
Ensure the details are right (like advanced -> attributes are 100% correct). unity just passes the info to the ldap server and may get rejection if the attributes/ports are not accepted the ldap server. Many windows AD servers blocks port 389 and requires 639 (ldaps) - so windows domain admin need to provide accurate info and certificate chain.

Bingo!!! Port 389 was blocked. Our network team opened it up. And now I can login by my AD account.
