Already find the answer.
It possible to make a local replica, delete replication session, and then clear "destination attribute" via UEMCLI from destination LUN to make it accessible.

What do you mean by local LUN copy?
You can do a LUN move, which copy the LUN to a new LUN and delete the original. This is used for things like pool migrations.
We can take thin clones of LUNs which give a "copy" of the LUN. It appears as a separate LUN, can have it's own data services etc, but consumes no space.
If you mean is there a way of doing a full fat, full block copy clone of the LUN, then no there is not. Thin clones are the alternative to that.
