RAID Configuration for EMC DELL Unity with 11 SAS HDD

Question

Hi, We are proposed with a new DELL Unity SAN with 11 x 1.8TB SAS HDD - 4 in DPE and another 7 in DAE. Just wonder what will be the best RAID configuratoin for those 11 HDD ?  2 RAID5 (4HDD and 6HDD) + 1 Single Hot Space ? Does the first 4 HDD in DPE like those in VNX / CLARiiON that contains system disk and not recommended to be used ?  According to 'EMC Unity Best Practices', it mentions 'To reduce the capacity difference when adding the system drives to a pool, Dell EMC recommends using a smaller RAID width for the tier which will contain the system drives'. We finally get in touch with an EMC Engineer. He mentions that the first 4 disks are SYSTEM disk that should not be using for deploying Virtual Machine but can be configured as RAID 5.

He adds that we can use RAID 5 for the remaining 6 disks (And 1 for Hot Spare).
