SCSI-3 Persistent Reservation

Question

Hi i have been asked if the Unity Array in particular 650F supports SCSI-3 Persistent Reservation this question was asked due to an error in a cluster validation test where an error message was revived.  the following artificial is being examined in relation to the error https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1030632 i need to know a. is Persistent Reservation enabled and if not the can and how do i enable it ? b. is there any other articales which can help resolve this error ?

Yes - Dell Unity supports SCSI-3 Persistent Reservations. See the below KB article. This was written for the VNX and earlier arrays, but does apply to the VNXe and Unity arrays as well.

Hi Glen did you know how can we tell if SCSI-3 PR is enabled on Unity? Is there any procedure to enable this?
