Unable to retrieve license for EMC UnityVSA Community Edition

So this worked for me back in August 2021 now, it appears to be having the same issues that others have once reported when there were site issues with the Dell EMC software license request form after the UUID has been entered. I had a fatal error in my first deployment so I needed to redeploy, now I am unable to get another Lic file. The picture below describes the issue. What's the best course of remediation for this issue? This happens across all web browsers.

Still no updates and I just tried it now, still not working. I have to pitch this EMC Unity as a product before purchase and without a live demo I cannot do this, it's a real set back to be honest.

The issue has been escalated and is being worked. I am asking for an eta of completion, but I have not gotten one as of this post.

Hit this issue last night while attempting to setup a Unity Lab for a Client to serve as a replication target for their 330 Chassis.... thought it may be a browser... Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari later... Must be the MacOS... Surface Pro X, XPS, EliteBook later... Oh Dell... Really...

Can we please get a workaround if this issue is not going to be fixed within 72 hours?

I check and we are actively trying to resolve this issue as we are aware that there are many users that are affected by the site not being usable.
