Unity Pool Usage History Chart Missing

Question

In Unishpere, under a Pool's properties is a 'Usage' tab. When selected, it 'thinks' for a bit on the default 'Capacity' option. I can see on the page while it is calculating the information - 'Pool's Used Capacity History' However, when it is complete, that section of the page shows 'The pool's used capacity history chart is unavailable.' Is there a secret in enabling this feature? Thanks!

which Unity OE version ? How long ago was the pool created and used?

after a while of 'Loading' the pool capacity chart works fine for me on a Unity system with recent code I remember that its only available after some data has been gathered so if you pool is new wait a day If not and you are on a recent OE version I would suggest you open a service request

Code level is currently 4.2.2.9632250, but it hasn't worked for about 8 code levels. This is not new.

The Pools are also not new. Ball park created 18 months ago.

In fact i have 2 Unitys in different locations. The 2nd one was installed about 9 months ago with the most recent code at that time and is also at 4.2.2.9632250. It shows the graph.

I suppose it will go the SR route.
