Unity with DAG MS Exchange 2010

Hi All

Can anybody know Unity supports Microsoft exchange2010 with DAG env ? As Microsoft exchange2010 only supports 512 sector size whereas Unity sector size is 4k . Would this be the  issue ?  Or If Unity supports Advance fromat ( 512E) , it would be nice ....
