Unity350F CAS is Unavailable Issue.

I needed to do Re-Initializattion so i did it and configured by Connection Utility. and I turned on GUI which the address is what i configured. and then I could see the Issue.

CAS is Unavailable There was an error trying to complete your request. Please notify your support desk or try again.

I tried to use UEMCLI and it can be used well. did anyone experience like this problem or know about this? Thanks.
