UnityVSA upgrade unavailable
The EMC Support site has been unavailable for over a week. I've been trying to upgrade my UnityVSA, but every time I try to go to https://support.emc.com/downloads/39956_UnityVSA, it comes up with "Site Unavailable...". Is there an alternative method to download the update, short of deploying a new appliance and starting from (almost) scratch?

Still no joy for me. I've tried accessing it from work, from home, and via my cell on carrier data.
When I go to that URL, it'll ask me to log into their SSO, but after that, it throws the 'Site Unavailable...' message.

most likely an issue with your account - open a ticket with EMC support

I also have this error from time to time. Deleting my browser's cache & history or using a different browser (i. e. IE without any addons/extensions) usually works fine for me.
