It started with below command,

and it failed with below messages,

But usb drive size is 8GB & formatted FAT32 from windows.
I don't know why it failed.
I was tried from Unity, but failed.
from Linux, but also failed.

Hi,
Have you tried a different USB stick? You may also want to try deleting all existing partitions in windows and then letting Unity partition it.

Using the disk image tool in the article you linked fails as well to create the media?

I can't use image tool, because there are no " .img " file.
I just have a "Unity-version###.tgz.bin" file.
I can't find " .img " file in a support.dell.com site.

Can you try a different OS version and see if that works?

I tried from Win10, Win11, Linux & Unity.
And my friends has same result.
All output is that "2022-03-05 09:05:49 : Error ocurred while parittioning device /dev/sda, verify device capacity is at least 2405 MB"
But USB stick was 8GB & 16GB. That partition status was ok.

In that case your best option is to call phone support.
