Latest Designer for VMAX

Does anybody know what the latest design tool for VMAX would be? I noticed that NSD-S 1.2 is out there but that hasn't been updated since May 2012. I also see BCSD, as well, but that seems to be just for replication design.

Just curious if there have been some newer sets of tools that have been released from a design perspective.
