SRDF vWitness Download
Hello,
Can someone provide insight as to where to download the SRDF vWitness OVA from? I've read the other thread on this forum that calls out an SE OVA that is an older version of SE and all the docs simply state to download it from online support but there is nothing that comes up in any searches or even a product related to SRDF/Metro in the landing page of support.emc.com so I'm not really sure where to download this from. Is it simply the latest SE Virtual Appliance OVA? Or is it a seperate type of OVA download?

The vWitness is part of either Solutions Enabler or Unisphere for VMAX/PowerMax vApp So yes, you can download the latest SE and it will include it.

That helps. It doesn't look like there are any requirements for setting up these vApps with the netcnfg/options files to communicate to the array, so hopefully the setup in UNI will be easier once the vApp is online.
