I assume you are referring to Storage Resource Pools (SRPs).

Yes, we allow for more than one. However anything beyond 1 is considered a custom configuration and will likely require an approved RPQ from your account team. Unless there is some very specific hard requirement, we would recommend you continue adding capacity to your first SRP. Splitting an array into multiple SRPs may strand capacity and performance and lead to overall less desirable performance and management characteristics.

Thanks for the reply . Yes I was talking about Storage Resource Pool in VMAX3 i.e. VMAX100k . We have a hard requirement for multi tenancy so thought to check with the experts if we can have in total 2 SRP pools .

Is there any better option in VMAX 100k for multi tenancy . Any comments would be of great help
