Issues with VMware ESXi 4 discovery and SSL issues

We are unable to discover VMware ESXi 4 hosts. When we ran the ESXTester utility showed the SSL failure checks on Vcenter servers due to incorrect parameter length which should not be less than zero. We already rebuilted SSL's 2 or 3 times. What is this SSL lenght parameter and what value it should be and where do we find this value?

ESXTester utility also showed up the errors on individual esx hosts that cannot login due to incorrect username and password. But in ESXi 4 hosts eccadmin account is created only at Vcenter level not at host level.
