Agent main exception
has anyone seen this error before in event viewer :-
Agent Main exception --Agent request timed out Err: Estream construct failed. Err: Unexpected Endian header received
Could this possiblty the reason for powerpath losing a path to the array

Hi,
De-install or move Safenet RMS License Manager to another server or system.
This is not an EMC problem since several other issues were also seen when this application was running (for example, Omnibackup over LAN was interrupted for unknown reason). After this application was de-installed, the windows log was no longer reported this error. You have to open a case/Service request with Safenet.
RMS License Manager 4.0.03 is an application that manages LAN bound software licenses.
