Creating Unisphere Central metrics storage
Is there any other way to configure metrics storage in UCentral then giving it access to vcenter/esxi host?
Could it be possible to just create another disk to vm manually and tell it to use it?

There are two ways to allocate metrics storage for Unisphere Central, and they depend on whether or not Unisphere Central is installed on an ESXi host with or without a vCenter. You can find the details in the Unisphere Central Installation Guide (link provided below) in the Configure metrics collection section.
