Error in Downloading Celerra Event Enabler Framework

Hello,

We have registered as Technology Partner and trying to download "Cellera Event Enabler Framework" from https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-4670 . But getting the following error message:

"Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here."

Kindly Help.

Looks like the above mentioned document is removed from ECN, Please contact support@emc.com for more assistance.
