Extend CIFS Volume on VNX5300 with Replication
Hello,
We have matching VNX systems revision 5.32, one used as a DR. We have a CIFS server with a 1TB volume setup and actively replicating to the DR. We would like to extend the volume by 100GB, making the total size 1.1TB.
We have two questions: First, in the field labeled Extend Size, do we put in the total space we wish to allocate, or just the amount we wish to increase the volume by? Second, do we need to do anything to the replication piece, or will the DR automatically adjust to match the volume size?
Thank you.

1) extend size - enter by how much you want to extend, in your case 100GB
2) as soon as you extend source file system, target file system will be extended as well. Do make sure you have sufficient storage on target array.
