Filesystem name for EMC VNX

Hi All,

In which file system used by VNX5100,5300 similar to Netapp's WAFL(write anywhere filesystem layout)?

No it doesn’t use the Windows file system – not for the data it is serving FC or ISCSI

As Dynamox said, Celerra and VNX file uses UxFS (Universal extended File System). A file system is created on meta volumes of type UxFS and the same is then shared over network as NFS exports or CIFS shares.
