How can I get a human-readable report from SP-Collects?
I have SP-Collects, now I want to know the VNX model, number of drives, Pool configuration, etc on my VNX. I used CAP in the past, but it doesn't work on VNX arrays.

You can use Unisphere Service Manager (USM). Download it from support.emc.com.
Go to 'View System Configuration' on the right. Select the 'Choose from Existing Reports' radio button and Browse to your SPCollect. Select the desired output format and click Next. You will get a very comprehensive and human-readable configuration report of your VNX.
