I am trying to replicate between a Celerra and VNX, and everything appears to be properly configured, but I still cannot successfully replicate. What could be the issue?

When replicating between a Celerra and VNX, you need to be sure to login to both frames using the ‘nasadmin’ account.  The VNX’s default administrator account is ‘sysadmin’, and even though the ‘sysadmin’ account has nasadmin rights, to be successful with replication, the ‘nasadmin’ account must be used to login in to both systems.
