Make a block out of a 5400 unified?
Hi all
We do have a spare EMC VNX 5400 unified.....
1x DPE
4x DAE
2x Blades
2x Control Statation
We don't need the unified resp. file part so we want to remove this (also with the power consumption in mind). Is it possible to just use the DPE with the DAE with all the other stuff or is there a config within those system which denies this?

Please have your account team submit an RPQ on your behalf for a Unified > Block conversion. There is some clean up and a few steps required to make this work.
