Hello,
I has USM the latest version and get upgraded, In the SPCollect generate the Excel file, which shown the unkown error.
The screen capture as attached
Anyone share your help

What's the exact error message? Do you have the screenshot?

Do you have Excel installed on this machine?

Can you try to verify SPcollect's file integrity (all the zip files can be opened), or just generate a new log file and try again?
I have the MS Office 2010 installed, and can read write the Excel 2010 spreadsheet

The zipped files can be opened and verified. As screen-shot shown, the creating File Analysis SPCollect is passed,
The SPCollect can be use to generate xml file but unknown error with generate Excel file.
