Unisphere Client issue

I have a Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise Edition (64-bit) OS. But when I install Unisphere Server and Client on my laptop, its works one/two times and next time, when I try to connect to the Unisphere Server running on localhost, it just hangs after accepting the login credentials. If I then uninstall the client and re-install the client, it works one/two times again and I am back to square one. I need the client to work on NAR files locally on my laptop. Has someone experienced this same issue and found a resolution?
