Thanks for sending this along. I had looked at this before, and hadn't found a way to change alerting to look at sample time. Guess there isn't a way to do it.

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately it doesn’t appear that M&R is capable of
looking at sampling times for alerting. If there is a quick, single spike, it appears
as if an alert is sent. It would be nice if it was configurable to say that multiple
samples in a row need to be beyond the threshold before an alert is sent.
