I'm not able to connect to console of both SPA & SPB.

What could be possible cause for this issue? Any firmware issues / some other issue?

I'm very new to EMC storage if you can throw some highlights it would be great.

please follow the below action plan:-

Your both the controller status Via console if any of the controller is UP you need to remove another controller from the Slot manually, if both the controller are down state, please follow the Below actions.

1. Power off the Storage box(https://davidring.ie/2015/07/21/emc-vnxe-shutdown-procedure/)

2. Install the SPA and then power on the Storage BOX as per the Power on procedure.

3. Login into the SP Via connecting the Local LAN cable to the laptop check if the port is coming UP or not.

4. IF port is UP then check the cable connections.

5. If port is not UP then  check the Enternet port of the SP if they are coming UP via local connection or not.

6. if any port is not coming UP you may need to change the Card or the SP.

let me know the status of the Box as of now if you have any doubt in the action plan please ping me private to get more help to troubleshoot further.
