VNX5300 Hosts not showing up in "Virtualization" under Hosts

I cannot get the hosts and VMs in my VMware enironment to show up under Hosts -> Virtualization.  It does not matter which account I use, nor how long I wait.  I've used this before and it worked great.  Any thoughts?

Versions

vCenter: 5.0

ESXi: 4.1 & 5.0

VNX OE for File: 7.0.50-2

VNX OE for Block: 05.31.000.5.704

What is the "Automanage" setting configured as?  This is defined from the "/setup" page as follows:

1) Navigate to:

https:// / setup

2) Scroll down to (and select) the button: "Automanage On/Off"

3) You will see three possible settings and are described in detail.

Automatic Server Discovery - Polling Method

a) Disable

b) Enable - Poll Once at Startup

c) Enable - Periodic Poll     Update Interval in Hours:

If defined as "Disable", select either of the "Enable" options and restart the management server on both SPs which is also achieved via the /setup page via the "Restart Management Server" button from both SP A and SP B.

For reference, the default setting for "Automanage" is "Enable - Periodic Poll  Update Interval in Hours: 24"

Just to confirm... firstly, the ESX/ESXi servers are logged in and registered (show up under "Connectivity Status")?  However, the ESX/ESXi servers you expect to see (along with the VM's on EMC LUNs) simply do not show up under Hosts -> Virtualization?

I'll assume you've also tried clicking on "Update All Hosts"?
