VNX5300 Maximum Power Draw

Question

Hi, I am currently trying to size a rack mounted UPS to power the VNX5300 as well as other equipment.  Looking at the specs online, I see that the 'Standby Power System' is 1.2kW. My question is, what is the Standby Power System?  Is the 1.2kW the maximum power the 5300 will draw? If not, can anyone tell me where I could find this information? Thanks in advance.

Just use powercalculator.emc.com to size your config Disregard the builtin SPS - it's only there for orderly shutdown and cache vaulting Rainer
