Have you installed Unisphere Server (Windows) and Unisphere Client (Windows) on your machine?

Here is an easier way to view SPlogs: using TRiiAGE tool. You can download the tool on EMC Service Partner Web.

I had not installed the unisphere server and client. Finally got it working. Thanks.

you do not need to login into the USM to extract the SP collect logs. Simply open USM >> Click to "View System Configuration" >> Browse and locate the SP collect in your Host >> Next >> Finish.

It will automatically open the SP collect Analysis summary in your default Web Browser.

Nowadays, "Utilities" tab is missing from the "EMC Service Partner Web" page. Only way to download it, is copy/paste the below download link in web browser, or manually type down the ""https://servicepartners.emc.com/restricted/service/Utilities/ and then go to triiage download link.

Triiage tool is for the EMC employees and partners use only. Are you trying with partner login?

Yes, but after login, the RSA logo appears, and the message of login susscefull...and another message to use my browser to navigate for downloads, but there isnt link...
