Check the port status physically and also from switch to confirm the ports are working fine. Seems to be some issue with storage ports only.
Was the reboot a planned one ?
Was there any changes at the hardware/software level recently ?

If the ports are logged in to switch, just see from the host side the ports are connected or not (from powerpath etc...). You may try also, restarting management server for both the SPs.
If still the issue persists, I will suggest you raise a Service Request with EMC support.

Hi, in first check SAN switch (i think u have few ports with errror) can disabled/enabled portd and than refresh initiators on your vnx.
see also right click on the storage group, properties and enter engineering mode (Ctrl +Shift+F12 password messner). Hosts tab, advanced, all paths should have a check mark next to them.
