hi i want to proactivelly replaced drive on vnx5500,
hi i want to proactivelly replaced drive on vnx5500,drive is sata flash drive,when i option copy to hotspare fron gui option is not highlighted kindly suggest how to proceed

From UNSPHERE any error seen from event viewe..if yes please run background verification only those disk and raid group and those LUN . and run this back ground verification when I/O transfer rate low..
for invoke hotspare please login enginering mode .and try from navisphere or unisphere GUI or please go to cli and issue command cru on off only that specific drive .if u don't know don't try.
