SSL certificates for VPLEX GUI
Hi everybody!
Can anybody tell me how to change the certificates to the VPLEX GUI to corporate ones?
I'd like to get rid of the whining from my browsers and security people.
I think i've found the files in Apache-standard locations, but they're owned by root.
Thanks in advance,
Cihl.

Cihl,
The procedure to accomplish this is documented in the VPLEX Security Configuration Guide
on Powerlink.

Hi!
All i can find in that document is how to replace the host certificates.
What i actually need to do, is generate a csr for the both of the management consoles (with the fqdn), create crt's from them outside of the VPLEX with our corporate private keychain, and finally put the crt's back into the VPLEX management console configurations.
Is there any way to do this?

I've done some more research and unfortunately, this is not supported at this time. Any efforts to attempt this might compromise some functionality of the management of the VPLEX.
I would urge anyone interested in this functionality to file an RFE via Powerlink (Support -> Request Support -> Request a Product Enhancement.)
