VPLEX Degraded timeouts

Hello all,

IHAC using VPLEX Metro and DD's, but from recent times i have been seeing from cluster-2 Storage Volumes (2 volumes in specific) reports degraded timeouts from time to time. "Director director-2-1-A degraded timeout" "Director director-2-1-B degraded timeout", once i rescan with *forget unreachable paths option the warning disappears.

i have checked the switch/backend storage (CX4) and everything looks fine no errors/warnings reported there.

from monitoring tab i don't see backend latency at 3-5ms and WAN latency in usecs. Kind of confused at this time what i can check further to isolate the issue.

Any pointers really appreciated.
