You should not go deeper with your customers, it is not open for changes to end-users.

I have tried to look into the VIPR DB architecture link which you shared but it results in system error in chrome browser. In IE, it ts in waiting state for inside.dell.com

Clear your cookies on your browser (click on the locker next to the URL in Chrome), or try private browsing.

I have cleared cookies and also tried in private browsing, it shows only empty page when I click that URL.

Weird. Try with another browser.
