Random black screens
Hi, we are currently experiencing random black screens while on our VM. Everyone is on a Windows 8.1 computer running a Win8.1 cloud system.
Not sure what info would be needed of me, in helping with this issue. (Im sure there's alot of info im missing, and this question is pretty vague)
Any help, or suggestions, or leads on this would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is caused by the incorrect version of the VMware SVGA driver installed within the virtual machine, which comes bundled with VMware tools. To resolve this issue: Boot the virtual machine into Safe Mode. In the Device Manager, change the driver for the VGA card to the standard MS VGA Driver.
